1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan. Major cities receive orders within 3–5 working days, while other areas may take 3–8 working days.

2. What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery is PKR 250. Orders above PKR 2,999 qualify for free shipping.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

4. Can I return a product?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please note that personal care goods are non-returnable once opened. Contact us at bismillahzulfiqar50@gmail.com to initiate a return.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

6. Are your products suitable for Pakistani skin?

Absolutely! Every product at Noria Glow is carefully selected to suit Pakistani skin types and climate conditions.
